Amber Rose Tyler, 34, of Peoria Heights, passed away at 12:50 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Clary Funeral Home, 3004 West Lake Avenue in Peoria, with Reverend Ron Martz officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be immediately following the service at Park Lawn Cemetery in Danvers.
Amber was born on June 13, 1982 in Snellville, Georgia.
She is survived by her father, Dewayne (Jo) Withey of Baileyton, AL; mother, Violet Withey of Peoria Heights; daughter, Brittnay Bottoms of Dallas, TX; siblings, Shane (Erika) Withey of Arab, AL, Karl (Erica) Baksai of Peoria, April (Mike) Cotter of Okinawa, Japan, Sasha Baksai of Peoria, Julie (Alex) Johnson of Pekin and Lacey Garcia of Montrose, CO; and fiance, Jim Bass.
Amber was a graduate of Kemper Military Academy in Boonville, MO.
